Mr Rowley was a co-founder of TSX and LSE-listed First Quantum Minerals Ltd. First Quantum is one of the world's largest copper production companies and the owner of the Ravensthorpe nickel project in Western Australia with a market capitalisation of in excess of A$10 billion. He was previously non-executive Chairman and director of Lithium One Inc., which was acquired by Galaxy by way of a Plan of Arrangement in July 2012. He is also non-executive Chairman and a director of Forsys Metals Corp, a TSX-listed company in the uranium sector.

Mr Tse has 20 years of corporate experience in numerous high-growth industries such as technology, internet/mobile, media & entertainment, and resource & commodities – primarily in senior management, capital markets and M&A roles across Greater China and Asia Pacific in general. His previous management roles include various positions in News Corporation's STAR TV, the Deputy General Manager of TOM Online, Director of Corporate Development at Hutchison Whampoa's TOM Group, President of China Entertainment Television (a joint venture between TOM and Time Warner), and CEO of CSN Corp. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and a member of the Hong Kong Mining Investment Professionals Association (HKMIPA).

Mr Bacchus is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bacchus Capital Advisers Ltd, an M&A and merchant banking house based in London. Prior to establishing Bacchus Capital, he served as European Head of Investment Banking at US investment bank Jefferies, Global Head of Mining & Metals at Morgan Stanley, and Head of Investment Banking, Industrials and Natural Resources at Citigroup, in Asia and Australia.

Mr Bacchus has 25 years’ experience in investment banking with a focus on the global natural resources sector and has, over this period, led a large proportion of the transformational transactions in the industry. Mr Bacchus is also a non-executive director of UK-listed mining group Kenmare Resources, and South African and US listed Gold Fields, and is Chairman of Space for Giants, an African-focused conservation charity, and of 308 Ltd, a specialist company operating in the uranium sector. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England & Wales and holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University, United Kingdom.

Jian-Nan Zhang

Mr Zhang is the Deputy General Manager of Fengli Group (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of the Fengli Group in China, which is a leading private industrial group in China, with diversified interests in iron and steel, commodities trading, shipping and wharf operation related businesses, and is also a shareholder in the Company. He was previously Managing Director of Winly Trade & Investment in China.

Florencia Heredia

Ms Heredia is currently a senior partner of the leading Argentinian legal firm Allende & Brea who has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry. She is an expert in mining law with extensive experience advising financial institutions and companies in complex mining transactions in Argentina and has repeatedly represented lenders in all mining project finance arranged in Argentina.

Ms Heredia is also an active member of the International Bar Association, where she held the position of Chair of the Mining Law Committee (2014-2016). She is currently council member of Seeril (Section of energy, environment, natural resources and infrastructure law of the IBA). She has been Trustee at Large of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, for which she also served as Secretary to the Board (2014-2015), and member of the International Women Forum (Argentinean Chapter) among other relevant entities. She is member of the Academic Board of RADHEM in Argentina, publication specialized in Energy and Natural Resources. As of 2018 she is member of the Advisory Board to the Law School of Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She has been constantly nominated as a leading mining lawyer and star individual by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, etc and has been included in the lists of main mining lawyers of the world by Who’s Who Editions in the last fifteen years, being recipient of the Mining Lawyer of the Year award for 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2018 and one of the highlighted women in the Women in Law reviews.

Mr Turner is the leader of Fasken Martineau's Global Mining Group. Fasken Martineau is a leading international business law and litigation firm with eight offices with more than 700 lawyers across Canada and in the UK and South Africa. Fasken Martineau’s Global Mining Group has been #1 ranked globally 8 times since 2005, including for 2016. Mr Turner has been involved in many of the leading corporate finance and merger and acquisition deals in the resources sector primarily through companies active in Africa, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Canada and Australia. Mr Turner has also successfully acted for the financial arranger or sponsor of several global major resources projects. Mr Turner is also a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for his services in the autism sector.
